Paint Ins / Paint Outs
Paint-In -
May 13, 2008, from 10a.m.
to 3 p.m. at the Blue Crow on Route 13 in Keller,VA.
We have special
permission to paint inside the Blue Crow Antique
Mall.
There are hundreds of
choices for still life paintings of objects from
long ago. Bring a drop cloth,your paints,brushes
and easles and a bag lunch and have a great time
painting unique objects and and antique mall scenes.
There is a place for us to gather for lunch next to
the Art League's Gallery in the rear building.

Thurs, June 19 – Paint-Out at Butler's Bluff.
The hostess is Clelia Shepherd, and we will be
painting in the gardens of her parents, the Cardanos;
her father is
a master gardener. See details in the June

participate in the Plein Air Easton Competition and
Festival in Easton, MD.. Friday, July 25 through

entries is April 15 when juried entries (using CDs)
are due. Best in Show: $600. There will be four $100
prizes in the categories of Architectural, Pastoral,

- This summer the Bloxom winery will be hosting 3
events : June 28, July 26 and August 30, from 5 to 8
pm, with live music, food and local artists. If
any of the art league members would like to
show and sell their work, they are welcome to do so
at no charge, as long as their booth is set up by 4
pm.
